The Bridges for Women Society is currently seeking interested Lived Expertise Applicants to work with us on the development and ongoing work of an advisory committee for the organization.
The advisory committee will be regarded as a key component of the organization and will work directly with the Bridges Staff Team and Board Members on supporting the development of existing and emerging programs, services, and community-based events and initiatives.
We are seeking 8 – 12 committee members who will bring their lived expertise and avid interest in committee work to this project.
We want to hear from you if you are:
- A woman or gender diverse person
- Age 55+
And you bring current or previous experiences with:
- Recovery with trauma
- Financial insecurity and/or barriers to employment
We strongly encourage applications from those who self-identify as:
